Negative Expenses Enabled in Collateral Cash Flow

Blooma now has the functionality to store negative values in the expense section of the cash flow table. When entering or editing values into the expense section, negative figures will show without parenthesis (which other expenses do have) and will have the effect of a positive value.

Organize Expenses in Alphabetical Order When Comparing Valuations

When comparing two or more valuations, the expense line items will now be organized in alphabetical order. To compare valuations simply open the Valuations section and click the compare button.

Users Can Change the Order of Valuation Tabs

Once you’ve created multiple valuations, you can rearrange the tabs in any order you’d like. Just open the Valuations section and click and drag valuations to re-organize your tabs.

New Valuation Type Field

When creating or editing a valuation in Blooma, users now have the ability to define the “Valuation Type”. You can set up custom fields for this drop down menu in the Admin section.

Minor Bug Fixes

• Removed “In-Place” terminology from file upload descriptions

• Changing revenue source from market to alternative in valuations section keeps market values populated
