Your Property Sales Comps Valuation is calculated using $/SF from your comps, and SF from the actual component’s unit mix.
To alter your Sales Comp Valuation you can add and remove sales comps to more accurately represent your $/SF figure. To do that see our help section on Adding/Removing Sales and Rent Comparables.
Valuations are created on a Collateral level, if you have more than one Collateral, select which one you would like to view valuations for at the top of the Valuation tab.
