Cloning Valuation
Creating multiple valuations just got easier. In Blooma you can now duplicate valuations with the click of a button. Navigate to the valuations section and click “Add Valuation” where you will be given the option to create a new valuation, or to duplicate an already existing valuation.
Portfolio Stress Test
Blooma now offers stress testing of your entire portfolio! Navigate to the pipeline or portfolio view and click “Run Portfolio Stress Test” to select low, medium, high, or custom levels of potential stress on your list of Deals in Blooma. The stress test will utilize the Deals that are shown when you click 'Run Portfolio Stress Test” so make sure you are in the correct silo (Pipeline or Portfolio). Filter your results to run the stress test on your desired list of Deals!
Note: The time it takes to run the portfolio stress testing can vary depending on the number of deals you are testing.
New Pipeline Filter
Navigate and understand your pipeline with our new filter display. Click the icon next to the search bar to view available options.
Multiple Collateral Stress Test Support
Blooma now supports stress testing Deals with multiple collaterals included.
Improved Deal Level Financials Section
Deal Financials are now located at the top of the Deal page. For Deals that have more than one collateral, you can click the blue “Collateral” link in the top left of the table to view the Portfolio Deal Cash Flow table where you can compare cash flows between collaterals.
Populating 'Year Built' for Construction Type Deals With Current Year
When a user creates a collateral with the loan type construction (construction, acquisition construction, refinance construction), the year built will auto-populate with the current year.
Created and Documents Get Deal External API’s
Blooma has published REST API and API documentation. As a user you now have the ability to call APIs to get back deal data without the need for custom integrations, we’ve made sure that all information is within clear documentation. Learn more here:
