New Link for Current Index Rates
Under Deal Details on the Deal Page, Blooma has updated the link to display current index rates. The rates are now shown here on Chatham Financial’s website.
Updated Deal Sizing Tool
The Deal Sizing tool has been updated with a new interface, as well as the ability to edit interest rate and amortization term. Check out the deal sizing tool by navigating to the loan amount or the stress test section on the top and bottom of any Deal Page.
Note: In case Loan Payment Structure is set to Interest Only, 360 months will be the selected default Amortization Term
New “Show Baseline” Toggle for Portfolio Stress Test
Toggle the new “Show Baseline” feature to compare the baseline Deal data for any given stressor with it’s stressed value.

Known Issues

Deals created prior to the v4.18 release (05/04/2023) did not receive updated Property Details data from Cherre/HazardHub, but will be updated shorty as part of a new data refresh mechanism.
