  • Edit Company financials side-by-side with Tax return documents
    1. View tax data side by side with tax document for review

  • Year built and Year Renovated are now editable fields
    1. These fields are editable in the edit collateral section
  • Display rent comp data as annual $/SF for office and retail

    1. When uploading rent rolls or P&Ls, the original file is saved in documents
    2. Fixed spellings/formatting errors
    3. Fixed error where user saw old values after uploading a new in-place P&L
    4. Set default sales comp valuation for multi-family to unit valuation
    5. Removed double scroll bar on component map view
    6. Fixed error trying to upload rent roll
