  • PFS Page Redesign
    1. User now has ability to create lines of a PFS directly in Blooma
    2. Ability to edit all fields of existing lines of PFS

  • Proforma P&L Data for Office Assets
    1. When creating a new collateral with an office asset type, the expenses on the proforma P&L are populated with market data
  • Fixed issues where Tax return data wasn’t populating
    1. When a user uploads tax returns, the data will be parsed and populated on the page

  • Automatically Refresh Comps after Deal updates
    1. Comps are now automatically refreshed after loan type update (to only pull recent comps when construction) and unit mix update (to only pull similarly sized comps)

  • Ability to Null out In-Place P&L
    1. If data is accidently entered into in-place p&l, user has ability to clear that data out.

  • Bug Fixes
    1. Reduce random logout issues
    2. Fixed comp refresh so there isn’t a blank white screen after refresh
    3. Street view link on collateral always works now
    4. Ability to log in from link
    5. Fixed debt ratio calculation on person
    6. Increased character count on collateral description
