“Default Income Valuation” Now Changed to “Primary Income Valuation”
The name of the Valuation that a user can select to drive Deal level metrics will now be labeled “Primary Income Valuation” instead of “Default Income Valuation”. You can still select any valuation as your primary income valuation in Blooma.
Layout and Design Updates to “Print Deal” Page
The “Print Deal” button will take you to a one page summary of any Deal in Blooma. We’ve improved this exportable one-page summary, updated the valuation section to display the Primary Income Valuation, and removed the map image along with outdated accessibility data displays. This feature is due for more improvements in future product updates as well.
New Single Deal Stress Test Comparison View
Now you can view baseline levels, as well as low, medium, high, and custom levels of stress testing in a side-by-side comparison view. Navigate to the bottom of the Deal Page and click “Compare” to interact with the new display.
