Updated DSCR Calculation
The calculation for annual debt service for all P&I (Amortization)-structured loans is =PMT(interest rate/12,amortization term,-gross loan)*12
For loans that are in Portfolio, and Paid Off stages, the calculation is: =PMT(interest rate/12,amortization term,-originated loan amount)*12
For Rejected-status deals DSCR uses gross loan amount
Note: This function is relevant for all other places in those stages where debt service and DSCR are calculated for the collateral, e.g. stress testing
Updated Rent Roll Table Design
Blooma has improved the design of the Rent Roll table with adjustable row widths as well as a locked header column.
Minor Bug Fixes
- Template deletion and upload amended
- Rent roll parsing alert now being sent correctly upon completion
- Ability to load saved data to bulk contact import grids no longer missing
- Missing address details no longer causes comparable generation failures
