Updated Valuations Section to List View Layout
We’ve replaced the old tab-based valuation UI with a streamlined list-based dropdown to make managing valuations faster and easier—especially for users working with large volumes.
- Key Improvements:
- Clearer Navigation
- All valuations are now accessible in a searchable dropdown
- Easily see the total count (one is set as primary)
- Primary valuation is always pinned to the top
- Better Organization
- Drag and drop to reorder valuations
- New valuations now appear just below the primary by default
More Actions:
From each valuation’s three-dot menu, you can:
- Move to top (just below the primary)
- Rename
- Set as Primary
- Delete
Rent Roll Duplication
If at least one rent roll exists for a component, the user will have the option to duplicate a rent roll using the “+Add Rent Roll” button dropdown titled “Duplicate Rent Roll”. Selecting this option brings up a modal which lets users select which rent roll to duplicate, as well as name the new rent roll.
Unit Mix Comments Enabled
Users are now able to comment on the unit mix of any Deal. Comments can be used to note exceptions and items to watch with regards to the unit mix, e.g. how the concluded rent was calculated for the unit mix (if not strictly based on market comps). When you have created a Deal,
navigate to the unit mix section of any deal’s collateral, and you will see a comment box associated with that unit mix (similar to the rent roll-level comment box). Comments are available to be configured into your downloadable template(s) as well.
Minor Bug Fixes
- Notifications now being sent correctly upon completion of document parsing
