See Original Line-Item Description After Standardization
After using the Auto-Standardize feature in the cash flow section, opening Edit Cash Flow shows the original description column AND the standardized description column such that the user can see the original description and standardized value. This new functionality will allow for increased visibility for line item descriptions that are auto standardized.
When users navigate to the valuation detailed view, they see by default all standardized line items as the rows within the cash flow. Clicking the “+” sign on a standardized row expands vertically to show previously-hidden child rows that display the original line item descriptions (in the description column) along with the value, unit of measure, and annual values. Users can then click the “-” sign on the top-level standardized description row to collapse the child rows.
New CAM Field Added for Commercial Rent Rolls
A new CAM column has been added to all commercial Edit Rent Roll tables, positioned to the left of the Lease Start column. The field accepts dollar-denominated values with two decimal place precision. This column is also included in the view-only Rent Roll Summary table. Here, a Total CAM field has been introduced, displaying the sum of all CAM values within the rent roll.
