Deal Page Quick Navigation
Navigating your Deals just got easier. We’ve introduced a Quick Navigation menu on the Deal Page, allowing you to jump directly to key sections with a single click — no more endless scrolling.
Easily access important Deal sections such as:
- Stress Test
- Comps
- Income Valuation
- ...and more
Click a section from the Quick Nav menu to instantly scroll to that part of the page.
Updates to Compare View in Valuations Section
We’ve improved the Cashflow Compare View to make it faster and easier to use. Here are the key updates:
“Compare Between” Dropdown:
- Select and manage which cashflows to compare
- Shows live count (e.g. “Selected (3)”)
- Primary cashflow is labeled “(primary)”
“Display Amounts As” Dropdown:
- Allows you to choose how values are displayed:
- Gross Amount (default)
- Amount Per SF
- Amount Per Unit
- (Percent of EGI coming soon)
Edit Values Directly:
- Clicking the pencil icon next to a Valuation will allow you to make changes to any editable fields directly within the Compare view
- All standardized rows now auto-expand when editing
Minor Bug Fixes
- Excel cash flow static export spacing issue corrected
- Removed “Annual Value as % of EGI” column in Valuations section and Compare view
- Made fonts, indents, and decimal places consistent within Compare view
- Primary Income Valuation data now populating correctly in Print Deal view
