Set Concluded Values in the Unit Mix
We have added the ability to set concluded values when adding a new line in the unit mix table. This is relevant for Commercial and Residential components. Previously, users could set concluded rent per unit type only for existing rows in the unit mix. The field was blocked for new lines but users can now enter concluded values for all lines in the Unit Mix.
Updates to Compare View
We’re continuing to improve the functionality of the cash flow Compare and Edit view. Here is what we have improved with this latest update:
- Visual Cues: After a user clicks the edit button on a cashflow column the entire selected column will be highlighted with a dark border and the column header (cash flow name & time period) will show a slightly darker fill color.
- Measure Type: when a user has clicked to edit a cashflow column all editable cells will “split” into 3 sections, the Gross Amount ($), the editable “Input” value shown in the units from section three, the rightmost section will show the “Measure Type”. Users can now select the measure type directly from the Edit and Compare view.
- Read Only Cells: Read-Only cells will show an info icon on mouse hover that will indicate why the cell is not editable.
- Reorder Columns: the 6-dot icon to the left of all CF names in the table header allows user to order the columns as they would like. Users will click and drag to re-order the CF column. Once a column is in “edit mode”, the re-order buttons will be hidden until the edits are saved or cancelled.
- % of EGI: Users can now set measure type as % of EGI in the Compare and Edit view as well as in the Cash Flow single page view.
Minor Bug Fixes
- Comps map hover-over is now immediately dismissing on mouse move away
- Company Tax Returns no longer failing to parse in Blooma
- Loan Pricing Options and Deal Sizing tabs no longer appear in the menu for portfolio deals
- Correct annual revenue and vacancy items now populating when displayed as % of EGI in Cash Flow
