Blooma has streamlined the design and layout of the pipeline to provide a more focused view of your deals. The Pipeline now shows users their new deal pipeline, their portfolio, and their paid-off/completed deals.
Blooma has also created a dedicated “Rejected Deals” view. Within this view, users can refer to all of the deals they have rejected within the system – reviewing the collateral, deal specifics, and reasons for rejection.

Collateral Analysis
Collateral landing page redesign – Blooma has updated the collateral landing page to display collateral valuation data more quickly to our users. Now, users are immediately shown key metrics such as all five supported collateral valuations, net income, dscr, and additional collateral data.
From this updated landing page, users can review the subject property on map and street view, can review nearby crime incidents, review title and SMR risk data, and when available, tenant data.
Users are also able manually select which sales comp valuation they would like to utilize when presented with both a $/SF and $/Unit Valuation.
Intelligent Comps & Market Details
Blooma has redesigned the market comps and details section. The redesign provides a more intuitive user interface, and users are no longer required to leave the collateral page to validate and review comps.
Blooma has further enhanced the system intelligent comps and comp scoring. enhancement to the returned comps in the system. These enhancements provide users with higher quality comps and further automate the market valuation process for users.

General
Deal Publish Feature – Blooma has created an elegant digital one pager that all users can create for any deal they have entered into the system. The one pager pulls all major deal metrics, valuations, comps, etc into a dynamic web-based microsite. The digital one-pager/microsite can be shared internally and externally with key stakeholders, and is formatted to render well on both desktop and mobile.
Enhanced Doc Generator Functionality & Templates – Blooma has updated the document generation feature allowing for greater use of automated macros and formatting. This allows users to export any and all analysis they have completed within the system if needed. The updated functionality allows users to utilize any existing templates or formats to export their data into.
Blooma has also pro-actively created multiple report exports for users to quickly pull key data and analysis out of their Blooma site.
Loan financial returns and amortization – users are able to further review financial returns for any deal they are working on, further bolstered with additional amortization functionality.
