When a new organization wants to set up their default Blooma Scoring Profile, or an existing organization wants to add a new scoring profile, they can use the template below as a baseline to share with their client experience manager to set up in the site for them.
Include: Determines whether or not to include the specific deal item in the scoring. If unselected but has a weight in in the Weight column, then it will be flagged orange so that you remove that value.
Deal Item: Name of the item from the Deal. This template includes approximately 20 items, but additional items can be added if requested.
Value: This is the single value (or two values for a range) to describe the point at which the specified deal item becomes a concern. For instance, if an organization has a immediate denial for Deals with an LTV over 80%, the organization can set this value as 80% OR set it for something slightly lower, like 70%, to quickly alert them to deals that are approaching their standard threshold.
Ideal Direction: Keeping the value in mind, this explains to the client experience manager which side of the value signifies a good deal to the bank and which signifies a bad deal for the bank. If a range was supplied in the value, then this can describe whether the ideal value is within the range or outside the range.
Weight: This describes the weighting of this value in relation to the other items being included in the score. This column must sum to 100. In this way, users can think of weight the way their teachers weighted their homework and tests; the more important items will make up a bigger portion of the deal score.
