Cash Flow Compare View Updates
We’ve made even more updates to the Cash Flow Compare View. With additional fields that you can edit directly from this screen, we’ve significantly cut back on time-needed to make necessary edits to your cash flow data. Here is a list of the latest updates to the view:
- Line item comments
- Line-item level comment functionality was recently added to the Standard/Single-Cash Flow page. This functionality will now carry over into the Cash Flow Compare View page so that users can access the comments' information or add new comments from both pages.
- Replace “x” with “Back” button
- Allow editing Revenue, Vacancy, and Cap Rate when Sources are Manual
- Maximized popup window size
Auto-Standardize All Cash Flows Upon Creation
We have removed the “Standardize Cash Flow” button and all Cash Flows uploaded or created in Blooma will be “standardized” to your Company’s picklist values upon creation. All Cash Flows have the “Standard Description” column automatically upon Cash Flow creation in Blooma. This will still allow for unstandardized values to exist within the list without returning an error.
You can still manually standardize these “unstandardized” values into your company’s standard and the system will learn your preferences over time. Blooma will still keep the original line item names stored in your Cash Flow so that you can see what existed prior to standardizing.
Manual Vs. Calculated Maturity Date
- In the Portfolio stage card view Blooma now displaying “Maturity Date” instead of “Origination Date”
- If a “Maturity Date Method” = “Actual”, this value is shown and is labeled as “Maturity Date”
- If “Maturity Date Method” = “Estimated”, the “Estimated Maturity Date” value is shown and is labeled “Est. Maturity Date”
Minor Bug Fixes
- Scroll bar added to bottom of Compare view when 8+ scenarios are populated
- When adding a line comment in the valuation comparison window fails, the comment text area no longer becomes disabled permanently
- Rent Roll lease start date can no longer be entered as an earlier date than lease end date
- 2024 Tax Returns now available for parsing for Companies and People
