Updates to Cash Flow Section
We’ve made even more updates to the cash flow section as well as the “Compare” view:
- We’ve updated the compare page title to “Cash Flow Comparison” and have added a “bread crumb” element above the page title:
- 1st bread crumb element is the Deal name, and takes the user directly to the Deal overview.
- 2nd element says “Income Valuations”, and takes the user back to the standard, single-cashflow page. This replaces the “<- Comparison” navigation.
- Made improvements to the UI for valuation level comments in the cash flow section
- Made improvements to the UI for cash flow source document link
- Implemented a warning pop-up when a user attempts to exit
- Blooma now allows the user to switch collaterals within Compare View without sending them back to the Standard Cash Flow View
- Expand/collapse all standard descriptions within the compare view
- Archived valuations removed from the “compare between” dropdown selection
- New cash flow three dot menu added
- Adds 3 functions to button (View DCF, Archive, Delete)
- For archived cashflows, “Unarchive” is shown instead of “Archive”.
- 3 dot menu button disappears when main “Edit” button is clicked
- Cash flow metrics and totals can now collapse and expand
- Note: Cash Flow start and end dates are now required upon creation, so if an uploaded document doesn't have any dates that can be parsed, the system will use date of upload
Minor Bug Fixes
- Updates to the Admin bulk update and import functionality
- Error fixed when user attempts to annualize cash flow
- Contact parameters window now closes automatically after adding a new Contact
- Cash flows no longer returning error when Vacancy=Amount and Revenue=0
- Valuation Deal metrics are now showing correctly for Deals with multiple collaterals
- Creating a combined valuation now correctly filling valuation type
- Generate AI narrative button now functioning correctly
- When choosing Revenue Source = Alternative, the Vacancy Source dropdown is no longer disabled with market value
