Link and Unlink Shared Collaterals in API Gateway
You can now link and unlink collateral to deals via the API gateway, making it easier to manage and update multiple shared assets as loan structures change over time.
Link Collateral to a Deal
- Associate existing collateral with an existing deal
- Both the collateral and deal must already exist in the system
- Collateral cannot be linked to the same deal more than once
Unlink Collateral from a Deal
- Remove an existing link between collateral and a deal
- Collateral must currently be linked to the deal
- If the collateral is no longer linked to any deals after removal, it will be automatically deleted
Automatic System Updates
- Owner Synchronization: All owners of linked deals are automatically applied to the collateral
- Construction Status: The system updates the collateral’s construction flag based on whether all linked deals are construction-type loans
Minor Bug Fixes
- Users now able to successfully set Cash Flow as "Primary"
- Uploading invalid file type now displaying more accurate error messages
