Added Value Basis Field for Alternative Valuations
We’ve introduced a new Value Basis field to Alternative Valuations, providing additional context on how a property’s value was determined.
What’s new
- A new optional Value Basis field is now available when viewing, adding, or editing Alternative Valuations.
- The field appears between Set Value and Valuation As of Date.
- If no value is selected, it will display as “N/A.”
How it works
- Dropdown selection: Users can select a value from a configurable list (e.g., As-Is, As-Completed, As-Stabilized).
- Editable and removable: Values can be added, changed, or cleared at any time.
- Consistent experience: The field behaves the same across View, Edit, and Add workflows.
Admin configuration
- Administrators can define and manage Value Basis options under a new tab: Appraisal Value Basis.
- This configuration works similarly to other configurable types (e.g., Valuation Types), allowing admins to:
- Add new options
- Edit existing ones
- Remove options
Data exports
The Value Basis field is now included in:
- Template exports
- Download All Data
- Snapshots
Collateral Drop Down Improvements
We've made some visual and navigational improvements to the latest Collateral drop-down navigation tool. Some of the latest improvements include:
- New "Link" icon for shared collaterals shows which collateral are linked to another Deal
- Three dot menu for moving collaterals to the top or the bottom of the list, as well as editing or deleting collateral directly
- Reorder icon for dragging and dropping collateral into a preferred order, selections will be saved and shown upon reopening
New Fields Added to Deal Details
We've added a few new fields to the Deal Details section. Navigate to your Deal and click "Deal Details" to view the new fields:
- Interest Reserves
- Recourse
- Lien Position
