Rent Roll Enhancements
Rent Roll Classification
You can now classify rent rolls as Actual, Adjusted, or Scenario using the new Type field. This makes it easier to distinguish borrower-provided data from lender-adjusted figures or projected scenarios. The selected type is also included in exports and snapshots.
Primary Rent Roll Management
A new Primary indicator clearly identifies which rent roll is designated as primary. You can now change the primary rent roll directly while editing, making it easier to control which data is used in template exports.
Improved Rent Roll Metadata Experience
The rent roll header has been redesigned to display key information—including Type, Effective Date, source document, and primary status—in a cleaner, more consistent layout. Rent roll names are also easier to read, and renaming can be completed more quickly during editing.
Required Effective Dates
Effective Date is now required for all rent rolls. This helps improve data consistency for reporting and audit purposes. Existing rent rolls will prompt for an effective date the next time they are edited.
Enhanced Editing Experience
The Save button is now more prominent during rent roll editing, making it easier to recognize when changes are ready to be saved or when required information still needs attention.
Loan Data Enhancements
Interest-Only End Date Tracking
Deal Details now includes an IO End Date field to capture the end of a loan's interest-only period. This supports more accurate loan modeling and reporting throughout the deal lifecycle.
Amortization Term Remaining
For principal-and-interest loans, you can now track the number of months remaining in the amortization schedule. The field appears automatically when applicable and is supported in imports and exports.
API Enhancements
Deal Contacts Summary Endpoint
A new API endpoint allows developers to retrieve all contacts and their associated roles for a deal in a single request, simplifying integrations and reducing the need for multiple API calls.
Minor Bug Fixes
Improved Document Management for Duplicates
Duplicating a cash flow or rent roll no longer creates duplicate copies of attached source documents. New duplicates remain linked to the original file, helping keep Deal Documents organized.
