Rent Roll and Cash Flow File Endpoints for API Based Workflows
New API endpoints were added that allow downstream consumers to retrieve file metadata for rent rolls and cash flows associated with a collateral. Users of API based workflows can now query file names, types, dates, and download links for all rent roll and cash flow files tied to a specific collateral in a single request.
Bulk Collateral Import via API
A new bulk import endpoint was introduced for API based workflows, enabling users to submit multiple collaterals into existing deals in a single request. Users can now track the progress of their import through a dedicated status endpoint and receive a completion notification at a configured webhook address once processing finished. The import also supports assigning a single collateral to multiple deals.
Improvements
AI Narrative Disclaimer
An informational tooltip was added next to the Generated Narrative section header. When hovered, the tooltip displayed a brief notice reminding users that AI generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results and should be verified before use.
2025 Company Tax Return Parsing
Blooma now supported parsing and extracting data from 2025 company tax return documents. Uploaded 2025 returns were automatically mapped to the correct line items, and the extracted values populated the edit view with updated 2025 field descriptions.
2025 Personal Tax Return Parsing
Support was added for 2025 personal tax return documents. Blooma could now parse these returns and map the extracted data to the appropriate line items, with updated 2025 descriptions reflected in the edit view.
Fixes
Multifamily Rent Roll Save Issue When Clearing Values
A bug was resolved where clearing an existing date or number value from a multifamily rent roll row (such as square footage, lease start, lease expiration, actual rent, or borrower rent) caused the save to fail. Users could now remove previously entered values without encountering an error.
Add Company Icon Visibility in Person Members Modal
The "+" icon used to add a company from the search dropdown in the Person Members and Employees modal was updated to render with improved contrast. Previously, the icon appeared in a very faint grey against the white background, making it difficult to locate. The icon is now clearly visible in its default state, making it easier to add company relationships to a Person record.
