If a user would like to add multiple comps manually to either the sales or rent comparable lists, there is now the option to bulk import comparables using Blooma’s Templates
Click on Create Comparable, and there will be a link in the modal to bulk import comps.
Within this new bulk comp import screen, you can upload a populated template or download a blank template.
When importing comps, user has choice to remove existing comps or add these new comps to the existing list of included comps
Senior Housing and Self Storage Sales Comp Data
View sales comps for Self storage and Senior housing Asset types.
When creating a new deal or adding a new component to a collateral, Senior housing and self storage are new asset types in the drop down list.
Rent comp and property data will be added to Blooma in the coming months.
Use Market Cap Rate Data from REIS
We are now using market cap rate data for an asset type from REIS. This will give you an average market cap for the region, by asset type, and based on recent sales transactions.
