  • Improved New Deal Creation Process
    1. User has 2 options for deal creation: Intelligent Deal Creation and Manual Deal Creation
    2. Intelligent Deal Creation – User still has ability to upload 3 files to be parsed via Blooma’s AI
    3. Manual Deal Creation – quickly create a deal if no document upload is needed immediately
    4. *User must now supply loan type as one of the initial required fields for both deal creation processes8_31_1.png
  • Stress Test Design Updates
    1. Improved clarity on what’s considered “good” vs “bad” on max or min graphs
    2. Easier to edit max/min stress limits8_31_2.png
  • Bug Fixes
    1. Fixed vacancy % on manually created comparables
    2. Fixed bulk deal upload so loan number can be any alphanumeric
    3. Fixed lease expiration date from being saved as day prior to user input
    4. Fixed ability to save loan fees less than 1%
