Users can upload files and documents to a Deal once it has been created. The Bulk Upload Documents, located on the footer, is the easiest way to upload General and Financial Documents.
Once Expanded, the Bulk Upload allows users to upload documents for all collaterals and contacts related to a Deal.
On the left of the Bulk Upload, all collaterals in a Deal have buttons to upload an In-Place P&L and an In-Place Rent Roll. Portfolio Deals involving multiple collaterals will allow a user to upload these documents for all the collaterals individually. The time it takes Blooma's system to process these files may vary depending on their size and complexity.
On the right, all the contacts related to a Deal have buttons to upload financial documents related to borrowers and guarantors/sponsors. Uploading documents into the Deal Contacts will trigger automated Blooma actions: running tax spreads, verifying liquidity documents, importing the personal financial statement and schedule of real estate, etc. Please refer to Adding Contacts to a Deal if unsure about how to do so.
After the files are uploaded and analyzed, users will receive an email notifying them when their deal has been updated with the new information.
