Admin Page Updated/Redesigned

• User now can edit user data easily from the Admin section

• Improved layout with easily accessible menu design for accessing: User Settings, Dynamic Statuses, Templates, and Bulk Deal Imports

 

Rent Comp Summary Toggle

• User now has the ability to switch between $/SF and $/Unit on the multi-family rent comp summary graph

 

Status Visible from Pipeline

• You can now clearly see the Status of each deal from the pipeline view

 

Attached hyperlink from Index Rate title to WSJ Rates page

• linked in both deal details and edit deal details

 

Bug Fixes

• For FEMA flood zone, don’t display a card if no data exists

• If Commercial Location Score not populated on deal, don’t score it as a 0

• If no market data, display appropriate note

• Minor bug fixes
