Located at the bottom of the Deal page (and the Contact page) is the Document Upload Center. After a Deal has been created you can upload P&L and Rent Roll data from the Document Upload Center. If there are any Contacts associated with the Deal, upload Contact information here as well including Tax Returns, Personal Financial Statements, and Schedules of Real Estate. Upload files one at a time per file type and Blooma will parse and upload all relevant data contained in the files you upload. You will receive a notification when the data has been uploaded! Checklist Options for P&L Document Uploads
When uploading a P&L through the Document Upload Center, or by Intelligent Deal Creation, users can pick from a checklist to delineate what data periods should be parsed into Blooma by the system. Along with the ability to add comments, the user will see a multi-select set of checkboxes with the title “Which cash flow periods should be parsed? Note: Documents with 13+ Cash Flow Scenarios will require comments in order to be parsed by Blooma. They will then see the following checkbox options:
- Months
- Quarters
- Annual
- Total
Users will also see a multi-select dropdown with the label “Cash Flow Year(s)” and the following options:
- 2020
- 2021
- 2022
- 2023
- 2024
- 2025
- 2026
- 2027
- 2028
- 2029
- 2030
