Custom Sub Statuses
Users can attach multiple custom sub-statuses to a Deal. You can edit a Deal’s sub-status in the “Edit Collateral” modal, or in the Deal widget’s section on the right hand side of the Deal page shown below. Users with admin credentials can create and alter sub-statuses for Deals in the Pipeline, Portfolio, and Paid Off stages respectively. Note: Sub-statuses 2 and 3 will remain connected with the Deal throughout it’s transference from Pipeline to Portfolio, as well as from Portfolio to Paid Off, while Sub-status 1 will be removed upon origination.
Custom Deal Regions
Deal Region denotes a geographic grouping used for analyzing deals within a portfolio that fall within a certain boundary. We know Region can and will differ by client so you can customize your regions in the Administration section or through your client success manager. This follows the same structure and design as the Sub-status 2 & 3 page, except there is no second tab. This is a single-select dropdown. By default, a deal does not have a Deal Region
